Day 1: Ha Noi - Mai Chau (L, D)
Head West to Mai Chau - home of the Thai ethnic minority. We will be passing beautiful landscape of rice paddies and scenic mountains.
Day 2: Mai Chau - Son La (L, D)
We will have a great ride up to Son La with stunning scenery. We will occasionally stop for small villages along the route to appreciate the minority cultures and lifestyle.
Day 3: Dien Bien Phu (L, D)
Dien Bien Phu - the famous battlefield where the French army was defeated - will take your breath away by its stunning scenery.
You will pass Pha Din Pass. Pha Din literately means the frontier of Heaven and Earth and it is 1000m above sea level. You will be challenged with steep slopes, curvy bends and deep gorges.
Day 4: Dien Bien Phu - Tam Duong (B, L, D)
After breakfast we will start our 225 km ride along stunning gorges and Nam Na River. On the way we will have interesting stops to visit H’mong and Dzao villages.
Day 5: Tam Duong - Sapa (B, L)
We will climb up the highest pass in Vietnam - the Tram Ton Pass and reach Sapa. Sapa is the paradise for trekking lovers thank to its beautiful trekking routes, stunning terraces, and the highest mountain in Indochina, the Mt. Fansipang.
Day 6: Sapa - Hanoi (B, L)
In the morning, you will trek on the most beautiful trek route in Vietnam. We will trek on dirt path through pine forest, terraces and H’mong villages. En route we stop to visit minority villages, schools and have picnic lunch by river.
At night you will board a train to go back to Hanoi.
Day 7: Hanoi
Arrival in Hanoi early in the morning (5am). Vietnam Motorbike Tour finishes.

We reserve the right to deviate from this Vietnam Motorbike tour itinerary for any reasons, including road and weather conditions, frequency of visits to a village, or for any other factor which may influence client safety.

PASSPORTS & VISAS
All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and most countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of return and some countries require a machine-readable passport. When assisting with an international travel booking, we will assume that all travellers on the booking have a valid Australian passport. It is important that you ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. It is your sole responsibility if any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not satisfying the requirements of those authorities.
Tweet World Travel recommends that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover your travel arrangements. We are an authorised representative of CoverMore Travel Insurance Services. We can provide you with general information about the travel insurance options available to you. If you decline travel insurance, you will be required to sign an indemnity statement/disclaimer.

Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases.
We reserve the right to vary prices in the event of changes in exchange rates. If the cost of a service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking which may result in a cancellation fee. We are not liable in any way if an increase occurs. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed when paid in full.
You will be required to pay a deposit when booking. All deposits are non-refundable (subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law). Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Tour bookings: bookings of $1000 or less, or bookings less than 45 days to departure will be required to pay the full amount at the time of confirmation. Bookings over $1000 or booking more than 45 days to departure will be required to pay a deposit of 10% (non-refundable) per person at the time of confirmation. Any booking not deposited with us by this time will automatically cancel without notification.
Final Payment: Final payment is due 45 days prior to travel date. No ticket/voucher will be issued until final payment is received in our office.
In addition to any change fees by wholesalers and suppliers, a Tweet World Travel changes fee will also apply. If you change after the voucher have been issued Tweet World Travel change fees will apply for the following: $100 per person.
In addition to any fees charged by wholesalers and suppliers, a Tweet World Travel cancellation fee will also apply. If you cancel before full payment, the cancellation fee will equal your deposit. After final payment Tweet World Travel cancellation fees will apply for the following: Charge of $100 per person.
SUPPLIER CHANGE AND CANCELLATION FEES
Cancelled bookings will incur supplier fees, which can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Supplier fees may also apply where a booking is changed and when tickets or documents are re-issued. Where we incur any liability for a supplier cancellation fee for any booking which you change or cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee. Where you seek a refund for a cancelled booking for which payment has been made to the supplier, we will not provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from that supplier.

Please note that credit card surcharges will be applied automatically to any credit card transactions: • Master card: 1.98% • Visa: 2.98%
PAYMENT BY CHEQUE
(Not applicable to online booking)
Please note that cheque payments require about 5 business days to process. If you are paying by this method you will need to make the payment at least 5 business days prior to the actual due date. You agree not to stop payment of the cheque even when you cancel a booking. You agree that we may apply the proceeds of the cheque to satisfy any liability you have to us, including any liability in respect of cancellation fees, before refunding the balances to you.
All taxes are subject to change.
We act as an agent for, and sell various travel related products as agent on behalf of, numerous transports, accommodation and other service providers, such as airlines, coach, rail and cruise line operators, as well as all of our wholesalers. Our obligation to you is to make travel bookings as your agent on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers.
We have no control over, or liability for, the services provided by third parties. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions, including conditions of carriage and limitations of liability, imposed by these service providers. Your legal rights in connection with the provision of travel services are against the specific provider and, except to the extent a problem is caused by fault on our part, are not against us. Specifically, if for any reason any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted; your rights are against that provider and not against us.
If any dispute arises between you and Tweet World Travel, the laws of Australia will apply.
